I have to be honest I’m not one to complain too much about a local establishment but if our local area enjoys paying $ 20 for so-called lump crab meat pasta then mentioning something to the waitress about it and getting 15% off your bill after they throw the crap away and being called a bitch as I leave is OK. keep supporting Piazza Presto! 7 years in business seriously!!! Wow.

Food is just ok. The service is awful. Need I say more? Go down the street for some other options. Food is very expensive and not that great.

7 dinners. 4 specials. Filets were more like tiny roasts. Over cooked. Shrimp tasted like it had been frozen. Veal… well maybe it was. Meals priced like you are at a good restaurant not a pizza place. Wait staff apologizes when food order was wrong but does little to correct things. You can pick the onions off if you don’t want them. Sorry I thought you wanted the regular salad with Caesar dressing, but then I changed it. Do you mind? They asked to box things for two people while they were obviously still eating their dinners. May be ok if you stick to pizza and cheesesteaks. Unfortunately we all ordered dinners.

Hair in food. Unapologetic and arrogant manager. Doesn’t even deserve half a star. Lost 5 customers. Congrats!

Heard good things about the pizza and was pleasantly surprised by the interior, not what I expected from a strip mall. Having said that, the food was underwhelming especially for the price. Is it too much trouble to use fresh garlic? Apparently so, and the stuff that comes out of a jar definitely has no place in real Italian cooking. Our server was nice, but overall it took a little longer than I would have expected. I’m going with three stars because of what the other diners at other tables were saying. Just on our dinners, I’d give a solid two stars, maybe 2 ½. Maybe we just picked the wrong thing to order tonight. Most likely won’t be back.

I have been here several times. The food has been consistently good and for the most part, the wait staff is terrific. One HUGE complaint though. The business needs to reinvest in its seating. Many of the booth benches are horribly bottomed out as are the chairs at the tables. For someone like myself with a bad back, the food and service are minimized by the physical discomfort one experiences while dining. If they correct this, we will dine here more often.

I have ordered take out there and finally dined in on Saturday. I have to say the food is very good. I am very hard to please when it comes to dining out. The dinner specials were good and came out hot and fresh. It’s also a BYOB so I will keep in mind next time out.

We’ve been regulars since Piazza Presto opened, and used to LOVE it. However, like other reviewers have mentioned, it’s gone WAY downhill. Clueless servers, incorrect orders for eat-in, and REALLY incorrect orders for takeout. I had the same exact fight as Jc J. on a coupon for takeout. Shockingly poor customer service. I could not believe how poorly I’ve been treated as a regular customer with a large order. Food was also significantly less impressive the last time we ate in. The prices are also very high for what you get — and we were willing to pay those prices when the service and quality warranted, but there’s a point where you have to give up the fight and admit that they don’t seem to actually want to be in business anymore. Sad.

Wonderful Italian Mediterranean dishes that are unique and full of flavor. Have never had a bad meal here in over 25+ visits. The pizza is wonderful. The pasta dishes are huge. Always take food home, and service is typically great as well. BYOB is awesome too!

I have to say this place has gone way downhill. My husband and I used to be almost weekly regulars and we always loved our food and wait staff. The last time we went, about a month ago, I could see a huge decline not only in the food quality but in the wait staff. They have what appears to be all new staff, except for maybe one or two. They are unfriendly robots that added nothing to my experience. I ordered a Tilapia special they had and it was completely raw. I mean my two year old could have cooked a better dish. It was floating in sauce as well. They did bring me another and waited to make sure it was cooked but, honestly, I was already too grossed out to enjoy it. Sorry to see such a great place go bad.

My family and I went there for dinner Friday night and the food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, but our server is what killed our time there. We were greeted right away by the gentleman doing the seating. Very polite and friendly. Sat us a nice table in the middle of the restaurant where we could see the chef cooking which is nice for an open kitchen. Then our waitress came and it went down hill from there. She came and poured us water and didn’t even say a word while pouring them. No name, how are you, just stood there pouring water. Then after doing that she says can I give you specials. We said yes, and she read them so fast that we didn’t hear most of what was in those dishes. Then just walked away. Now she gave us time to decide came back and took our order. She took did bring us our salads right away, but we had to ask for the garlic knots, which we saw sitting in the window for a bit of time and they came and were a little hard, but we were fine with it. Our food came and she just dropped it off with out asking if we wanted anything else. We asked the bus girl for refills on our water because she never came back until we were finished. The lovely bus girl packed up our food for us. She came back and said would you like dessert. We declined and she gave us our bill. We were very disappointed with this server as we watched another table get exceptional service from the waitress with glasses(don’t know her name but she is very pleasant). We asked the hostess on the way out the door what our waitresses name was and she said Angel. I would recommend eating at Piazza Presto, however, make sure you ask to not sit in Angel’s table and you will definitely enjoy yourself.

Live in Limerick and through friends had not heard good reviews about the restaurant but, I won a gift certificate so I thought I’d try it out. On their takeout menu(which references best of Chester county numerous times — umm we are in Montgomery county so that doesn’t really apply). They have a coupon on their take out menu that offers a buy one entrée get one 50% off(no where does it list«eat in only») however, when I called for take out I am informed that they won’t honor the coupon. I argued with the guy to no avail so we moved forward. Place my order over the phone, go in to pick it up and a waitress basically stands there and looks at me without saying a word. At least say«Someone will be right with you» if you aren’t going to help me! Finally, get the food home and it was completely underwhelming. An appetizer portion of stuffed shells(3 small shells), a burned Gyro, and an Italian hoagie with very little meat in it. What a disappointment! I wouldn’t have went there if I didn’t have the gift certificate and I won’t go back again. Much better options in MONTGOMERY County then this place.

We have been to Piazza Presto a few times over the past year and have recently been very disappointed. They can’t seem to get the orders correct, have slow/inattentive service and their Dinner Entrees are over priced for what they are. It is sad when a strip mall Italian Restaurant in Limerick has higher prices than an upscale Italian Restaurant on the main line in Paoli. During our most recent visit, it took 10 – 15 minutes to get the check and have our card swiped. Our waitress walked back and forth by us 2 – 3 times to take a new table’s drink order, bring them their drinks and then take their dinner order. We had to ask for our check after she was finally done with them, and she suggested just going up to the front to get it ourselves. Unbelievable! The time before that, we ordered take out and when my husband got home he realized that they gave him a vegetarian wrap instead of a cheesesteak. When he went back to exchange it there was no real apology or offer to make it right with discount, coupons, etc. We are not normally ones to write negative reviews, but tonight was the last time we will ever make the mistake of going to Piazza Presto.

1st time visit, approx arrival time between 1:00&1:30, and let me just say, I was pleasantly surprised! I expected to see a couple tables and mostly take out. Not at all, from the moment we entered the door we were greeted and welcomed with smiles. We were promptly seated and our server, Deirdre was very pleasant and attentative. Her passion for people and what she does, definitely shows! Deirdre made us feel very comfortable, like regulars or family! We decided to try half white/red pizza w/green peppers. What a beautiful presentation, cooked to perfection & a delight to the eye! I’m Italian and have had a lot of pizza in my time, and this was delicious! We will most definitely return to try other items and to order their pizza! Thank you for such a pleasant and delicious experience.

Slow service. Ignored for 45min after salad while waiting for entrée. No apologies for delay. Food ok but definitely not worth it anymore. Plus the booth we were sitting in literally had duct tape covering the benches. In fact, I think I’m sitting on a hole. Piazza Presto you just lost 2 customers.

We made 6:30 reservations for 6. When we got there the table wasn’t ready. We were quickly informed that the people to our left were the people they needed to leave to seat us. After some observation, we realized their waiter was essentially worthless and they were waiting for their revised check and payment to be taken. We finally got seated, but 20 min later no one had come to offer water, open our wine or give us the specials. We finally got the host attention he proceeded to explain that our waitress was overwhelmed with the needy table next to Us. When she finally got to us she let us know that she was just told we were her table The food was ok. Clearly it sat too long and wasn’t planned well. It took forever. We paid our check 3 hours after our reservation(9:30). Nothing about the experience made me want to return.

I don’t understand how this place does not have more stars. Best tip I can offer: Go for their dinners, NOT their hoagies and steak sandwiches. We found this place through a groupon and got a few sandwiches for lunch one day. Upon walking in we were surprised. The décor is very nice inside and that of a nice sit-down italian restaurant, not your typical pizza place. We saw their selection of dinner choices and found out they make much of their menu in house. Well, the sandwiches were not great. They were ok(2 stars at best). However, we were intrigued to try their dinners for a sit-down meal and that is where we learned they shine. We loved that they are a BYOB and do not charge a corkage fee. The dinners were great and we have now gone here a few times. Go early, make reservations. This place gets packed around 6pm and stays that way for a while.

Wow, such mixed reviews on this place but a lot of them were older so I thought I would give the place a try. Came here for lunch with my two boys one weekend afternoon and the place was relatively quiet with only about five tables with patrons. The place was nicely decorated for a casual Italian restaurant. We were quickly seated and someone came over and took our drink orders. Once he came back with our drinks(pretty quickly), I proceeded to ask him a question about the kids menu and he informed me that he’s just the bus boy and that a waitress would be over in a bit. There was only one waitress working and it more than a bit before she came over – it was closer to 5 minutes. Not sure why it took so long other than it didn’t appear like she was moving all that quickly. We just went with a small cheese pizza and a side order of fries. Loved the fries(they were like beer-battered fries) and the pizza wasn’t bad. It had a slight crunch to the crust and the sauce was on the sweeter side, which I like. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a traditional kids pizza. They do offer a kids pizza, but it’s on pita bread. My boys would not have liked that, but they are picky eaters. Prices were reasonable and I would like to go back and try some of their pasta dishes. They looked good based on what I could see on the other tables. Hopefully service will be better next time around as well.

You would never expect such a nice restaurant to be tucked away in the corner of a strip mall. Great Italian food, large menu to choose from. Piazza is one of our go-to places for a special occasion. They typically get slammed on Fri/Sat night so I would absolutely recommend making a reservation.
