Jason at The Shutterbug was so customer service oriented that I could not be more happy. I bought Nikon D750 with 24−120mm lens. Jason took time to show me the variety of options the camera has. He took time and I felt no rush. It was the nicest way to buy a good camera. He communicated with me regularly via E-​mail about the pending purchase. He told me about free workshops and signed me up for one upon the day I made the purchase.
He has a solid customer because of his first rate service. I am already thinking about new items to add to my hobby. Jason is an ACE!

Very nice store with excellent customer service. We were looking for a remote for our Canon so we could take some self portraits on our vacation. When they didn’t have it in stock in Woodburn, we called this location (staying in Lincoln City anyway) and the employee knew exactly what we were talking about and offered to hold the last one for us. Only slightly more expensive than available online, which we didn’t mind considering how convenient it was.

The Shutterbug is a wonderful family owned chain of stores and the Lincoln City store is special. I am a professional fine art photographer and I always look forward to seeking advise and making purchases at this store. Phillip is the manager and he is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile with research and follow up. I highly recommend this camera store.

Super knowledgable, energetic staff that goes all out for their customers. Big fan, love their work. I have made it my camera store. Bought my first Sony a55 there and all the accessories to boot. They are nerdy without being annoying and I couldn’t be happier with this store– all because of the customer service.

Went to the coast again and I wanted to pick up a new lens cover and lens cleaner. I showed them my lens cap that I was going to replace and they showed me what one I needed to get. I also got a recommendation for a lens cleaner.
I bought them and went out to the car and got the lens cap out. It was the correct size but it wouldn’t fit on my Nikon P90. So I brought the new lens cap back in along with my camrea and explained it didn’t fit and they said I needed the 52 series. They checked the back and even the boxes they had behind the counter from a shipment that came in that morning. They didn’t have any. So they gave me a refund and were ok with it.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service!!! I purchased a Nikkon D-​90 with Shutterbug and they gave me an amazing deal. Staff is extremely knowledgable on all of the products. You also can’t beat the «no sales tax» law in Oregon. I would definitely do business with this family owned business again!
