Watersedge Condominium Motel

This is one of my favorite places to stay at on the Oregon Coast. Being the southern most part of the Lincoln City area gives you a certain peace and quite not found in the tourist central strip. Also Highway 101 Burger is right across the street. I am about to stay here for the 8^th time and I can’t wait. The layouts are nice with a spacious kitchen and awesome views of Siletz Bay. There are several restaurants and coffee/​smoothie type shops within walking distance as well as a Naps I.G.A for groceries if you forgot anything. I have stayed all up and down the Oregon Coast and Watersedge is my #1 place to look forward to going to.

Be very cautious if you are booking with this outfit! Our extended family had reservations made almost 3 months in advance for five families (19 people) in five units. Including family flying in from Texas to be with us. We had heard that the condos were having work done on their siding but were told this would not effect our stay. One week prior our trip (yesterday) Watersedge contacted our family in Texas and told them their reservation was cancelled because city inspectors would not allow the condo to house guests in rooms where balconies were removed. It makes me wonder if the condo had been allowing guests to stay in condos without balconies in the weeks previous. When I called to see what they could do (delay work, expedite work prior to our arrival, put us up in a hotel) the only thing they were willing to do was relocate them in a house 15 minutes from the beach OR get a refund. Needless to say we took the refund and found better accommodations elsewhere in Lincoln City. While the condo was blaming the city for this action, I highly recommend contacting Lincoln City inspectors for yourself to get the full story.
