Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car from here for two days. My experience was okay. As with all locations I have rented from, it’s disappointing to have to wait over 30 minutes to get a vehicle for which you reserved (especially when they are not busy). The car I received was somewhat clean but overall I’ve never received a clean car from Enterprise. I come prepared with cleaning wipes. I recommend always making sure the gas is marked accurately to what the vehicle has. I almost got burned this visit. Would be nice if they gave you the vehicle with a full tank and asked the renter to return it with the same.

I have always gone with Enterprise for all my rental needs [no, I am not just a bad asian driver… I take trips and rent vehicles to avoid piling on the miles to my lease]. Unfortunately, this past rental deal was a no-​go for me… maybe because it isn’t the usual office I rent from, but still. I called ahead of time to make a reservation to voice what I would like to have there waiting for me… and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Much to my dismay, when I was putting the $ 100 deposit on my credit card [they don’t accept cash], Sabreen told me that the PT Cruiser was being pulled around to the front. Ok, so I –might– have sounded a bit bitchy when I asked…“Uh, do you have anything else?” I couldn’t cancel my reservation, because I needed it seriously within the next hour or so…
Getting in the PT, I had to hold my breath! It seriously smelled of a whole can of dollar-​store air freshener! *GAG* It was unbearable. I started to roll the window down and proceed home… look to the right… gasp! There are disgusting stains all over the seats… look in the backseat… looks like a continuation of the fun from the front seats. The center console was gross… and sitting there fully clothed still made me itch.
You better believe after I worked all night, I exchanged that car the following morning, and they had the nerve to tell me that I was a gallon or two short with the gas. You can lick me. My booty still itches whenever I think of what I could have been sitting on.
