This store has ROACHES in it! Don’t eat here. My husband went there for lunch during work
in July 2015, and he killed a roach that was on the floor in the lobby. Then, he walked out.

I ordered a special they had for 12pc where you get two sides, and 4 biscuits. I saw an advertisement for free lemonade if you purchased a 10pc or more. Since I purchased a 12pc; I decided to ask about the free lemonade, and the lady at the register immediately went and got her manager who came out with a attitude saying he is a franchise, and the special we got don’t apply to what was advertised, and told us to call corporate concerning that. His attitude was on one hundred from a simple question. I wasn’t demanding lemonade with my purchase I simply asked a question, and he seemed so irritated, and upset, and his tone was negative. I took his advise, and called corporate and hope they go over customer service skills with him. I couldn’t believe the out burst I received from asking about a commercial that was advertise about the chain he work for. I will not be stepping a foot back in that kfc location on Dix Rd. In Lincoln Park. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location with such poor attitude, and customer service.

I agree to some extent with the previous posts about it being hit or miss. I try to check my order no matter where I go. Over the last year there were some employees that I would be happy not to have service from but the last 2 times through the drive thru the employees have been very polite. My only concern tonight is that there were 3 cars that had to pull around to the front and wait for the order. Hoping it is right.

Opened a Unilocal account just for this review. rudest three women I’ve ever dealt with at a business. They left out part of my order; I pulled around with receipt and two dumb employees looked in the bag and said order was complete. I asked them to look again, because it wasn’t complete. Upon their third look they discovered it was, in fact, incomplete. They called me hostile and the manager confronted me. When I asked for my receipt back to contact KFC she said she threw it away… STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE JERKS!!!

This place is so hit or miss.
My grandmother lives by either their 2 Legs & a Biscuit OR their Pot Pie.
God forbid you order more than 3 items. You best check your order before leaving to make sure everything is right. On many occasions, we’ve had the wrong item or were missing an item, after checking when we got home. They have this book that they write your name in for a free biscuit (seriously??) when they screw up your order. But good luck on getting an answer when you call back.
Just last night, I ordered 1 wing original, 1 wing grilled and an individual sweet kernel corn. The girl read back 1 wing original, then went all duh on me and asked me to repeat the rest. She then repeated the 1 wing original, 1 wing grilled and 1 cole slaw. NO, that’s 1 sweet kernel corn. She apologized and repeated that. When I got home, guess what I had? You got it… the cole slaw.
