Disappointed — had gone here for years but last experience was so horrible. Took in my car for 2 tires, was advised all needed to be replaced. As usual, bowed to their experience and agreed to the upsell but when I went to pick up the car was told it needed struts. I asked for a recommendation only to be told they could do it there. Was mildly frustrated as I would have had them do it or at least would have liked the option! Jimmy seemed to recognize the misstep on their part and offered a free alignment should I wish to have them do the struts. I thanked him for that consideration but advised it would be 2 – 3 months till I could get the car dropped back (we’re a single car family). He insisted so I gratefully accepted the offer. So when I was ready, I called to check availability for them to do the strut work. As they were busy — I think a holiday was in there too — we agreed on a time, which ended up being 3 months and 1 week since the tire replacement. Work took a day and when I went to pick up the car, I noticed there was an alignment charge. When I went to have it taken off the bill, the lady at the desk rather angrily shoved the computer screen around, jabbing her finger at it and told me I hadn’t paid for an alignment previously. Embarrassed, I beat feet to the door, only to discover 2 weeks later the original bill from the tire replacement where I had in fact paid for the alignment. Thinking this wasn’t a big deal, I went back to Park Tire and explained the situation whereupon my bills were taken in the back to the person who did the alignment for review. The response I received back was that they weren’t aware of any arrangement for the alignment fee forgiveness and in any event, it was too long for me to have driven on that alignment to have that fee forgiven but Jimmy would have to make the final call. Undeterred, I returned a week after that to speak with Jimmy who also had no recollection of the initial agreement but told me he’d have to talk with the alignment person since those monies are collected separately. ??? the alignment guy didn’t offer the $ 50 back to me — Jimmy did. I was advised to call back which I did once. Twice. The third time without a return call I called it quits. Remember — they were the ones that offered to forgive the alignment so the impression I was left with was that they practice double dipping (making me rethink all the extras/​additional items and services I agreed to in the past), they lie (I had paid for a previous alignment — the clerk told me I hadn’t according to their records), and you get the runaround when there’s an issue not in their favor. Greatly disappointed as I have to now seek another go-​to tire place. I really did like going there for years — thought it was old school from décor to service — and I liked that — even took my dad there before he passed to check it out. Sad… seems like they’re only in it to squeeze everything they can out of you and then some!

My brother blew a tire, drove there on a donut in the snow, went to go pickup a rim, and they told him to go home because they were closing in ten minutes. We were told the car might be unsafe to drive.

Excellent customer service. The owner treated me like I was family. They were busy the day I stopped by, but chatting with the very friendly owner and his employees made the time I waited fly by. I trust Park Tire and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work, customer service and overall friendliness.

The owner was completely rude when I asked him about getting an alignment on my car and he said i wouldn’t be able to get my car back until the next day when I went in there at 9 in the morning. I will never go back here again because every time I go here it is such a long wait and I end up just walking out the door and going somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE

Awesome family-​owned shop that you can trust. I recently needed four new tires and wasn’t sure what to get. The owner recommended a brand he said he just put on his own son’s car. They even drove me home so I didn’t have to wait while my car was being worked on. Fair prices, fast service and quality work. I was so amazed what a difference it was driving my car after four new tires and an alignment. Thank you!

Got 2 tires put on my car, and they seemed so trustworthy and forthright that I took my wife’s car there recently when she needed 2. They’ll let you stand there and talk to the worker as he changes the tires if you want. Otherwise you can go in the building and sit, or talk to the affable owner while they work. Random people who live and work in the area stopped in, either for tires or to chat, while I was there last time, and he’d named them before they got to the door every time. This is the kind of nice, locally-​owned business you hope to find when you need something done to your car.

Independently owned Park Tire recently did an alignment on my Jeep Cherokee and now it rides like a dream!
Good prices ($ 49 for an alignment, really?), good work and honest, can’t ask for much more.
Only complaint I have is that their hours (8:30−5) are not super convenient for us 9 – 5 workers. They can get busy since they have been around for a while and have a good reputation.
Try them out for your tire and alignment service needs you will not want to go back to one of those ‘other’ national chain tire stores.
Tip: Get there early with your vehicle because they work on them first come, first served.
