I had a haircut and highlights with Cara. Granted it almost a month ago but I wear my hair curly so I would not have noticed how Uneven my hair was cut, down to very long pieces in the front just dangling around and much shorter in back. I asked for a face frame no face frame and when I called up and spoke to the manager Donna she tried to tell me that I went somewhere else and refused to fix it. From what I can see on Unilocal her «32years» in business were not all good ones. Very rude and refused to fix it. Horrible business ethics. I would never go here again and would not recommend to my dying aunt! DO NOT GO HERE if you like your hair!!!

At first I really liked the salon. The stylist was very nice friendly. When there was an issue with how the color came out there was attitude and blaming no solution. I understand it is hair and things may not always come out perfect but not to offer a real solution on what to do about and an attitude is what bothered me. I have an appointment at a different salon to fix the damage done. They actually could not believe it was just done the day before with how awful and mismatched it looked.

Connie & Michelle are fabulous. They keep up on their education and newest trends. Products are always available, prices are excellent. Service is wonderful. I always feel great leaving after getting my hair done. Always the perfect color and the best cut.
