Rocky provides helpful information about the products he uses along with how to avoid contributing to the critter issues at our home. We appreciate his organic approach versus the nuke’em methods the other companies use since we have multiple pets at our home. Response time is great and he is always available to come out if any issues between appointments.

Not too happy. They have missed ²⁄₂ visits they’ve been scheduled to make. They came so highly recommended but I am pretty disappointed. We signed up for an every other month service. The first visit they missed I did get a call and they came right out the next day. Unfortunately now it has been weeks past and nothing.

Highly recommend! Quick response, out within two days of initial call. Rocky educated us about our pests that are scary, but actually in a way beneficial. Then allowed us to make our own choice if we wanted service. We chose to have him come «get rid of them» and when he showed up he found we have a black widow issue as well. He added on a service for that at my request and was laid back and easy going about it. Super friendly and never pressed for a sale. Doesn’t do contracts. Love that he wants the customer to understand the «pests» and what they do and how they effect the overall ecosystem.

Fantastic service. I was skeptical at first because I never thought all natural products could truly get rid of the bugs, but they did. I am so happy I found pest control that works without worrying about poisoning my family and pets!

When I first bought my home I wanted to deal with local folks and found Rocky– he responded used organic treatments and was generally a pleasure to work with. Not but two days later we found some abnormal «creature» in our back yard one phone call and he was out to inspect… He is dependable and thorough. Recommend!

Rocky came out to take care of our ant problem. His approach was organic… using natural compounds that are as effective on insects as more hazardous poisons and chemicals. My wife is six months pregnant and we have two small boys, 2 and 4… so needless to say, she was estatic that the compounds Rocky uses are (as he jokes), «safe enough for a pregnant woman to drink.»
The goal when killing ants (I’m told) is to let the ants carry the compound back to the nest, so that it kills the larvae and/​or queen. Unfortunately, that means that you’re going to have ants swarming the ‘bait’ for a couple of days… not exactly what I had in mind. When I called Rocky that I was impatient and wanted him to ‘nuke ‘em,’ he came out the same day and gave those ants the business… and he didn’t charge us a dime!
Rocky is a guy who really likes what he does and he cares about doing the right thing. He’s the bug man who can!
