Carpetland

We LOVE our new carpet. It cost more than I was quoted before measuring (they used my sq ftg). And the first time I went into the store it took forever for someone to help me. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review. The carpet is great (mid range) and the installers were quick! I would use them again!

We recently moved to Lincoln from out of state. I needed to pick flooring for our new home and the builder uses Carpetland. They were fabulous! Everyone was extreme helpful and made the move much less stressful. When the builder was creating small bumps in the road Carpetland was always there to back my choices:):). Thanks Carpetland!!!

Let me first start by saying the vinyl flooring we purchased looks great. The installers were nice and we were mostly satisfied with the end product. That said, we had to have the installer back out to fix where the carpet met the vinyl because he had created a large lump. It took them two weeks to fit us back into their schedule. Our relative satisfaction with the flooring is why I gave them two instead of one star.
The main reason for my complaint is that the installer backed into our garage door and dented it. When we called Carpetland, their response was our installer said they didn’t do it. If you want to pursue any further, then call the police. So my ONLY recourse, apparently, is to call the police and take them to court. I am incredulous that this was Carpetland’s response. They absolutely refused to assist the customer, or take any responsibility for the installers that THEY chose to send to our house. So we are stuck with a dented garage door that everyone refuses to take responsibility for.
So be aware if you choose Carpetland for any of your flooring needs and something happens during the install, they will not take ANY responsibility for it in any way. Consider yourself warned.
