Odd as it seems, Casey’s (a gas station and convenience store) has some pretty good pizza. Their crust and sauce are definitely run-​of-​the-​mill, but the cheese mixture they have managed to come up with is surprisingly good and actually defines their pizza.

We ordered pizzas from here on a recent trip to Lincoln. Staying at the Motel 6 up the road, this place was close. Also, originally growing up in Iowa, I knew all about Casey’s Pizza, and have always been a huge fan. We called in the order, and my dad and I went after it. The people working there were very friendly. Even though it was about 8:30 at night, they didn’t mind making our pizzas, which turned out to be amazing. If you want really awesome pizza in Lincoln, this is the place to go.
