This is NOT the best chocolate I’ve ever had but each truffle is beautiful and unique. My company orders a lot of these as gifts for visiting clients and speakers and they are well received. I’ve tried the smore(has a smoky flavor), the raspberry is really good, there was some mushroom truffle one that wasn’t very good. It’s hit or miss but I will keep trying them. If my husband had to choose between this or The Oven next door for a gift, I’d go for the Oven. lol. Not the best but again, very pretty and unique.

I stopped in today and checked out the store I really liked the fact that the guy behind the counter was helpful and knowledgeable the little cards they put in with the order is helpful I bought my mom a box of chocolates for her birthday and she really liked them there could be more favors like maybe Carmel Apple or candy cane but the selection is great they are a little pricey and the place is kinda hard to find as it is tucked in a shopping center next to a restaurant the guy at the store said they do online orders so I might have to try that but overall I would definitely recommend this place for a special treat

I love these truffles. The shop is cute — nothing over the top. I wish that the truffles were a bit bigger, however.

Please save all your«oh this place is cheap… in comparison» and«this is great here GH end chocolate» because it isn’t. Plain and simple, the chocolate is waxy and lacks flavor while the filling are equally disappointing and almost repulsive. We tried this place for the first time tonight and won’t be back. While trying a piece wife looked at me, swallowed hard, and said«That tasted like vomit. Why did we get that flavor?». Leave your fancy schmancy high priced garbage in Cali. If you’re in the area and needing a sweet fix, go around the corner and try Nothing Bundt Cake.

These are high end artisan chocolates(other branches of the chain are in places like Berkeley), and they’re a bargain; most places doing the high end(pretty airbrushed colorful chocolates; fancy flavors such as pear, chili/chocolate combinations; grapefruit) charge $ 2 each; these are $ 1 plus a small supplement if you get a box. Even if you just get them in a plastic bag a color key with photos of the various chocolates is included so you know what’s what. They’re a bit sweet for me so far, but if you want to give a chocoholic a gift, this is as fancy as it gets in Lincoln. Your only other«fancy» option is Godiva, and that’s mass market. And the places that sell Godiva don’t sell single origin Valrhona bars(and a couple of other high end chocolate names). They also do hot cocoa with artisan marshmallows, and they sell gelato. The gelato is also a bit sweet; the salted caramel is very caramely, and the strawberry, while presenting more dairy notes than strawberry, was nice. I just wanted a taste of two different flavors without a full scoop; they charged me only a single scoop price, which I appreciated.

The chocolates here are delicious. They vary from good to excellent, although the presentation is really the best part of the chocolates. The store is unadorned and could work on presentation. They give some samples of the chocolates by the cash register. These are certainly not ‘every day’ chocolates, but worth it for a special occasion. Fun to try, unique for Lincoln, and a nice addition.
