Broke down 20 miles outside of Lincoln while driving from Colorado to NJ. We needed immediate repairs and this place works on cars 24hrs a day. The repair(all wheel studs broke off one tire) required the full night and they were extremely helpful. They offered to arrange accommodations and were willing to drive us anywhere we wanted to go locally. Got us back on the road early the next morning and the cost of the repair given the extent of work done was very reasonable. Franky my expectation was that it would cost twice what it actually did.

Worst car repair experience I ever had. It was an emergency and I needed my car back ASAP, so a 24 hour repair seemed like a no-brainer. Took it in and it took A FULLFREAKINGWEEK to get it back, and the kicker, my car wasn’t really fixed and I was stuck with a $ 300+ bill. Ripped off hardcore. I complained and was given a «we don’t care pay us» attitude. Being a person of my word, I paid their stupid bill and reported them to the better business bureau. Crooks. Then I took my car to Anderson Ford Dealership where it was repaired in one day for a third of the price, correctly. Avoid this place, they’re the stereotypical scammer car mechanics.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to these folks on and off for ten years. They can be pricey, but the customer service is great. When I needed my car worked on, they lent me a car(at no charge) to drive until mine was done. If one wasn’t available, someone picked me up and dropped me off at my place of work. Also, I was on the north side of town one night and my battery died, David(one of the owners) came out, gave me a jump start(again, no charge), followed me back to shop and had to re-jump my car once again. I’ve been to other mechanics who do the same work for less, but these folks have given me great customer service and that can save money on tows and other services. Plus, they’re 24 hrs. With my wonky schedule, that is perfect!
