My Ford Focus used to run about as smoothly as an old lawn mower. I’ve had it in to numerous mechanics over the past 4 years and no one offered a solution. Two weeks ago I brought it to Economy and Performance Auto for an oil change and routine maintenance. They immediately noticed how hard it ran and made sure to find the source of the problem. Turns out I’ve had a busted engine mount all this time! Had the part in and finished it that day. The car I once loathed is now a dream to drive, and I can’t thank Kevin and his team enough for their high-​quality work and attention to detail. Amazingly clear diagnoses and great service every time!

I have a wonderful Saab 900 S, 1997 and one day five years ago the fuel pump suddenly died as I was coming through Nebraska.
Since fuel pumps do that, especially at 152,000 miles that was ok. Sid Dillon’s mechanics wanted close to $ 1,000 ($ 948), but this great shop replaced it quickly and for the right price of closer to $ 245. My regular mechanic in Salt Lake spoke to him as well and it was great.
So, yes I agree he is honest and reputable. Who is a better target for a potential rip-​off than a woman traveling alone, far from home. I have seen really good Saab mechanics all over the country and this owner and shop is one of them.

Kevin is an honest, thorough, thoughtful mechanic who does not overcharge, and who is just as respectful to my wife as he is to me. Is there anything else I could possibly say? I’ve been taking both my cars here for about four years now, and I wouldn’t think of going any place else.
