George is always able to schedule my inspections and get the reports back to me quickly. After using some other termite companies who are paid based on what damage they find, it’s refreshing to deal with an honest business.

Let me start off by saying if I can give this company a NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!
I was looking for a pest control and was recommended to George Webb Termite & Pest Control.
RED FLAG # 1: I tried to call several times and left several message for a call back and finally a WEEK LATER I received a call back. I know I should have listen to my gut instinct and not pursue this company any further for my pest control. However, since it was around Memorial Day weekend I gave him the benefit of the doubt and this company was highly recommended.
So we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and start the first initial treatment. So I waited and waited and it’s officially 30 minutes past the appointment time, so I called him to check the status of when he will be arriving.
RED FLAG # 2: He stated he was short staff because somebody called in sick and he forgot to give me a call that he needed to reschedule. So giving him the benefit of the doubt (which I know I shouldn’t have), we rescheduled. We even text each other to confirm the new reschedule appointment.
RED FLAG # 3: So on the day of the reschedule appointment, 30 minutes before the appointment, I text him to make sure he was still going to come by. I never received a text back, but at exactly the time of my appointment, I received a call from his phone number. When I answered the phone, the other person on the other end hung up. I called back and instead of George answering the phone, it was his wife who answered the phone. She stated she was unable to get a hold of their employee and George was out sick. She stated we would need to reschedule or she can give me a phone number for another pest control person, who is a friend of George. I merely stated thanks and hung up.
I have NEVER EVER in my lifetime experience such an unprofessional business.
I would NEVER EVER in my lifetime recommend this company for a pest control and I don’t care how good of a pest control they are by their unprofessionalism. I rather pay a little more for the exact same pest control with a company who is professional and can keep their appointment and if not, and then they would give you a courtesy call and not give you a call at the exact time of the appointment.
If you are even considering going to him for PEST CONTROL, have a backup because this company cannot keep their promise.
HIGHLY NOT, I repeat NOT RECOMMENDED.
