I have only attended two classes at this pilates and yoga center, but each one has left me relaxed and focused. I have only taken yoga classes with Lee. He is a positive instructor, making each student feel at ease and comfortable. He challenges his students to allow them to get the most out of their practice. The practice space is small, so classes are limited. I have never had a problem getting a spot, however. Music, incense and dim lighting allow full relaxation. The studio also provides all the yoga accessories you will need: mats, straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc. There are a variety of classes offered, mostly during evening hours, including two beginning level yoga classes and a challenging 2-hour yoga class on Sunday. The downside is that these 90 – 120 minute classes are not for the time crunched.
