I’ve used the Groupon several times and have been very pleased. Well packed and good quality at a reasonable price. Customer service has been very good, they were proactive regarding weather delays with UPS for example.

the past two orders to Homeland Steaks were fine but my latest the steaks arrived thawed out, I wrote them about it and they could care less, I didn’t take out the insurance or the benefits of the promotion would have been negated, past orders as I mentioned were fine, I didn’t refreeze the steaks but ate a few and the neighbors enjoyed to others, I really don’t think a late shipment which they agreed it was late, is something I should have to cover by insurance charges, I finally see why the negative comments are present

Seriously do not waste your money. I ordered the football package and it was not good. the shrimp was absolutely foul. When I called customer service they indicated that the shrimp has a certain taste. This was not a certain taste. this was was taste of bad shrimp. Save your money

I ordered the Holiday Angus Steak Sampler and did not receive 2 of the New York Strip steaks. I called customer service and they said the best that they could do was send a $ 20 gift card. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She did say that they could re-ship the 2 steaks I did not receive. They gave me a new shipping date, and I thought the problem was resolved. Twenty minutes later I got a call from an unknown number, it was Homeland Steaks. They left a message saying the shipping date had to be changed, and I needed to call them back confirming the shipping date. So, I then had to call them back and all service representatives were assisting other callers, so I had to leave a message. What a pain in the butt!!!

Worst customer service EVER! I spent over $ 175.00 and the order was shipped wrong, I called 4 times and could not get a return phone. Finally, on the 2nd day, when I threatened to return the entire order was I able to get past the call center. Then I was told he would make the order complete and credit my card $ 5.00, and that was«good customer service» and I should be happy. Everytime I tried to talk this«customer service supervisor» would talk over me. He had an attitude that I take his offer or not, he owes me nothing. So, six days later I received the balance of my order… it was the sauce for the chicken wings. It arrived, warm, with mold floating on the top. It was a really nice way for them to let me know how much they appreciate me as a customer. Avoid my mistake DON’T DOBUSINESSWITH Northland It is not worth the headache.
