Italian Fusion dressing is made locally and is a great tasting salad dressing that can be used in many recipes. One of my favorite ways to use it is as a marinade. I cut chicken breasts in half and pound thin, then pour Italian Fusion on them and let marinate overnight. I then grill them and top them with Gouda cheese and serve on a toasted bun. Outstanding! I’m not a big fan of chicken breasts but these are so juicy and tasty. always a hit! Also nice to support local business… just picked up a few more bottles to keep on hand!
