Typical Jimmy John’s but the employees don’t seem to be the best bunch. 3 stars for expected sandwiches and speed. A little sadness because they told me JJ’s no longer provide alfalfa sprouts FOREVER due to a health scare :(I live in a bubble, so I didn’t hear of anything until that point. After googling alfalfa sprouts, I did find that it has had salmonella recalls in the past(not unusual for a veggie eaten raw) and a current recall on a specific brand. Then I found a current article that JJ’s really is dropping sprouts from their menu Oh man I’m sad. JJ’s was the only place I knew to regularly provide sprouts in their sandwiches. Either way, that’s the news people. Now for the –1 star. The employee said he didn’t care that the sprouts were being dropped forever since it created much less work for him, then he laughed. Well… I guess that’s good for him, but bad for me! Don’t blatantly tell me you’re a slacker! Now that the sprouts are forever gone, I don’t think JJ has anything different to offer me from other sandwich shops.

This review is strictly customer service. I have no idea how the food is because I was unable to have any delivered. I live closest to the Jimmy Johns on 33rd& Pioneer but apparently anything North of Van Dorn is too far to deliver«freaky fast» so I was told to call this store. Because30+ blocks vs 12 blocks is going to be better. Okaaay. When I call this store they of course don’t deliver to my area because it is too far South. The guy on the phone was actually really nice, but apparently there is no Jimmy Johns delivery if you live between South & Van Dorn Streets. The manager in the background says«It’s not our area, It’s not our problem.» Lovely. I would just drive the 12 blocks & get my sandwich myself, but I suddenly have a bad taste in my mouth.
