Employees were nice, though the music was way too loud and there was about 15 employees standing in the kitchen doing nothing. Seems a little odd that I was the only customer in there with so many employees back there.

We have had 3 bad experiences with the customer service at this location. 1. The roast beef was bad. We called to report it. They did not offer to replace the sandwich or get a manager. When I asked for the mgr, he did not care either. 2. We asked for delivery. We are 9 min from this store. They said they(or any of their stores) could not deliver to us because they could not cross(on a bridge) the interstate. What?! When I called corporate to inquire, they didn’t care either. 3. The sandwich was missing a key ingredient. We called to report it and they didn’t believe us. We physically took it back to the store and would not leave until they replaced it. They simply acted like they didn’t care. Very poor customer service!
