So glad to see Lazzari’s out south. Long time downtown customer. Brought in my 2yr old and they had a good menu for kids just not pizza. Kid friendly! Had the cheese bread add feta and two meat combos. Excellent.

Hmm. Stopped in here for pizza and found the interior clean with several large televisions. Other than a few to go orders, there were no other customers. The pizza was undercooked and the crust was soggy. The tomato sauce was thin and watery, which likely contributed to the soggy crust. The cheese lacked flavor. The other toppings were fine. I’ve enjoyed the downtown location so I was disappointed in the quality of pizza here. As such, it is unlikely that I’ll be returning.

Very disappointed, our pizza was over cooked and dry, very little sauce, don’t order the cheese bread it’s awful, the staff was more interested in watching the Husker game. To bad because we love the downtown location, and South Lincoln needs a good pizza alternative to Pizza Hut/Dominos.

This is our second trip to this Lazzari’s location since it opened last week. Clearly our first trip was a success, as we returned. Our second trip was not very good. We ordered garden salads($ 1.89 each). They were nothing more than a handful or bagged lettuce with a couple strings of mozzarella. Boo. We also ordered the 3-piece breadsticks. Another let down($ 2.99), tiny, and not the best. Now, onto the main problem. Our pizza crust was burnt to the point of not being able to use a fork and knife to cut it. It could not be pierced with a fork. It.was.gross. I normally eat three pieces. I forced myself to finish 1.5 because I felt bad about wasting money. The people working tonight did not seem to have any idea what they were doing from taking the order, bringing the right number of plates, etc. We are going to go supplement said supper with a trip to Dairy Queen as we left still hungry after having bad food.
