This place was a major disappointment, and I will not be staying here again. The room wasn’t even close to being clean, and as I always travel with antiseptic wipes and a can of Lysol, wiped everything down and then bombed the room. The microwave was dirty inside and out, the toilet didn’t work correctly, and the handicapped bathroom was a joke. No shelves in the shower, no adjustable bar for the hand-held shower head(which was suffering from a coating of orange mildew), and the towels were smelly and thin. The shower seat was also dirty, and required sanitising before use. There were grease stains on the coverlet, and the padded chair had a large and fresh stain on the seat. I love Indian food, but really don’t think that should be the first thing one smells when entering an establishment. It was there in the morning, too. As noted above, the toilet was sluggish when I got there and finally managed to back up in the morning. When I reported the cleanliness issues and the toilet to the staff, the person behind the desk said he’d let management know. No apology, no nothing, as if they were used to receiving complaints and then ignoring them. This place truly deserves a negative review; Motel 6 would have been a better choice. Wyndam: are you listening?

We stayed here on our drive from Illinois to Colorado. GROSS! First of all, the floors were sticky. The drain in the bathroom had the metal top literally just laying on top. We had our toddler with us so safety concerns are HUGE for us. A metal disc in the shower = NOTSAFE! They also claimed to have free wi-fi but when I logged into it, it was so slow that it was basically rendered useless as websites would timeout before the connection worked. Please don’t advertise something if it doesn’t work! And a warning to any people who travel with pets, they only allow pets in smoking rooms! That’s right, if you want to bring your dog with you, you have to subject your whole family to a smoking room. Forcing families to stay in smoking rooms is NOT dog friendly!!! All in all, we were really disappointed with our stay and that’s with our lowered expectations for the area. We will never, ever, ever be back.

Called Wyndham Corporate and they were very helpful. The property Manager Called and did an investigation and gave me the refund that I got overcharge for. 5 stars for them. But for the hotel Ill still give it a 0 star if I can. Its the worst service Ive had in a hotel in my life. Sally the lying tyrant should be reevaluated since shes not competent enough to be dealing with customers.

I stayed here last night and here is my 100% honest review: The sign outside this hotel said«55 dollars /night»… I came here by myself when I was very cold & tired and the front desk guy charged me 70 bucks! Totally took advantage of me. I didn’t complain though because I was too tired. I’m posting it here though to warn people to beware of this slime ball management. The room was clean & warm though, I give them that much… but their«Continental breakfast» was a joke. You had to look real hard to find some shitty waffles & watered down concentrated OJ! I kept hearing someone above me making noise upstairs but again; I was too tired to bitch. The walls & rooms are cheaply made and for 70 bucks? I need to slap myself for staying here because I got totally & completely fucked! That’s my take on it. Stay at your own risk if you like getting screwed over with a smile!

BEDBUGS! Don’t stay here unless you like to have bed bugs attack you in the middle of the night and you risk the chance of taking them home with you. We stayed just one night and the following day woke up with bites all over us. We contacted Microtel and they just told us that each motel is a franchise and they couldn’t do anything about it. No refund, no apologize… nothing. Don’t risk it and stay some place else!

I thought I was going to get out of the«bad, gross hotel» business, but I feel like I just went further downhill than before … This place smells like Indian food, is loaded with ridiculous trinkets, and just isn’t cozy or welcoming. And the bath towels? They smell like curry. Seriously. Curry. You’re drying off in curry. I shouldn’t complain, but I could have gone back to the Motel 6 where at least it was no-muss, no-fuss, the counter folks were nice, and the hotel smelled like hotel and not Indian food. Don’t get me wrong, I love Indian food. Just, you know, not in a hotel. And no wi-fi? Really? Seriously? You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s 2011! Huge, huge fail on this one. Skip it.
