I’ve gone here for four years and today was my last visit. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes(making an appointment is suppose to eliminate the wait). My nail tech told me he was given the wrong appointment time. Unfortunately, this has happened several times in the past. The pedicure was done in a rushed manner and it shows. Smudges, streaks and smears — I had to take polish remover and a Q-tip to it when I got home. I had a manicure done at the same time. The girl asked if I wanted my nails long or short and the shape. I said long, squared — I now have short rounded. It wasn’t a language barrier — she said she was taking community college classes so I assume she has basic understanding of English. I’ve run out of excuses for the people here. Hopefully, a smart manager or owner will read the reviews and make changes were necessary. As for me — there are plenty of place around time to take my business. I’m done with @nails.

Nice pedicure, however it could be so much more. Instead of the owner sitting there, why does he not start cleaning this place up? Very cluttered and dirty looking. But like I said nice pedicure.

I have been going to this nail salon for several years and the employees always remembered me. Although, I recently went into to get a set and found out i got a fungus underneath my nail 2 weeks later. Obviously the cleanliness is very poor. I am now searching for a new nail salon.

Came in for a fill on a friends recommendation after just moving to the area and was very pleased. The place is clean and there was only a very short wait(I was a walk in). My fill was quick, although cost almost the same as my full set, the lady was super nice and my nails looked decent.

I got a pedicure from Emily in September 2011 right before going to Scotland for a wedding. During the pedicure, Emily pulled the cuticle completely off of my right big toe, all the way down to the nail bed. Obviously this should NOT have been done because it caused me to get an ingrown toe nail that won’t go away… very painful. She also cut my toe at one point and it would not stop bleeding. John stepped in to take over, he put some blue liquid on my toe to try and stop the bleeding. He kept putting my foot back in the water… GROSS. Well, it’s now June 2012 and my foot is still painful, and the toe nail is pinched rather than laying flat like the other toe nail. Thanks for nothing! Emily should never be allowed to do pedicures!!! John had given me one in the past which was very nice. Jennifer

One of my favorite nail places to go to. Emily does an excellent job at pink and white sets and John does great at pedicures. Both are super quick and very pleasant. You actually feel like a regular here as they remember you after your first visit. Typical décor and equipment of a nail salon. Nothing fancy.

I found a new nails place! Massage chair is the best 1 I’ve sat in. Lady is very gentle with just the right pressure. They have a pleasant environment. I’m very picky about Nail shops but I’ll be back here for sure. highly recommend… they very friendly.

do not patronize with this business. they placed a hiring ad in a magazine look for«female» only employee. first of all, that is gender discrimination. My wife have a license to do this kind of work and when she called the place, a guy picked up and told her to come in when she can, but his girlfriend or wife called my wife and asked for her age, which is 29. The lady immediately told her that please do not come in yet until she interview«younger» applicants. That is flat out age discrimination. i live around the corner from this place and I was about to go there and give them crap, but did not. Please don’t waste money going to this place.
