Papa Murphy’s

They always deliver the goods and often hook up any promotions and honor coupons. My only criticism is that i wish they’d accept AMEX, oh well, the VISA works just fine. Recommend the Cowboy and Bacon Bacon Bacon. Look up the convection prep method, works great for me!

It’s been a while since we’ve visited Papa Murphy’s in Lincoln. Things have changed. I would prefer they had not replaced their front door and the addition of a new TV and used that money towards more staff.
Originally tried ordering via the Papa Murphy’s app but wasn’t able to enter a code for our free cookie dough. Why? Because the Papa Murphy’s text didn’t provide a code to use on the app. The app is poor. Takes too long to load and won’t recognize .net emails indicating it’s not a valid email. So thinking I’m trying to save time, now I’m off to call the store. The phone rings and rings, and rings and rings. Finally someone answers asking me to hold. Then someone else answers and asked me to hold again. When he came back in the line I explained the issue with the app ordering and asked what to do. He had no idea. So I placed my order over the phone. Upon arriving to pick up our order, there’s a long line and only one register open. So I wait and wait and wait. I ask the young lady if my order is a family size and she said yes. Upon leaving I think this sure looks small. Asked a pizza maker and sure enough wrong size.
They need to slow down a few and think. Management should also make sure each employee knows how to properly use their app.
Elderly man beside me ordered three pizza yesterday and arrived home 22 miles away and received three incorrect pizzas. Came in today for replacement ones and expected him to wait in line behind 25 others to get his free replacement — NOT. :(

The pizza looks better than it tastes.,.very bland crust. Sauce is very generic. Little flavor. cheese has no flavor. Not really a bargain. Round table is a little more money but worth it.

I have always had a great experience with Papa Murphy’s and we usually take advantage of the specials. I am moved to write this review because of a single incident. I ordered a family size pizza with extra cheese. When I went to pick it up, it did not look like it had extra cheese, though it is difficult to tell when it is uncooked. The girl at the counter said, «It’s on the bottom.» I said, «So it DOES have extra cheese, right?» She said, «yes, we call it mozzarella when it is extra…» That didn’t make sense so I asked her again, just to confirm.
«I ordered it with extra cheese; did they put it on and charge me for it?» She said, «yes.» I got home and cooked it and guess what? That’s right; no extra cheese. Obviously this is not an earth-​shaking incident, but it is note-​worthy enough for me to prevent my return. WE rarely order pizza and have recently discovered Old Town Pizza in Lincoln and we will go there from now on; their prices are pretty good. I don’t like being lied to and cheated; I don’t know anyone who does. That young woman should have made sure that everything was as I ordered it instead of guessing, with apparently no actual knowledge of whether what she said was accurate or not. If you are reading this, young lady, that is stealing. Don’t you get that?

Great employees are always a reflection of a great Manager. Not only is their pizza the best, but it’s always a pleasure to be greeted with friendly and helpful employees. Thank you too, for supporting many local organizations.

Amanda was great, she pointed out a great deal on pepperoni pizzas! I’ll continue the review when I get home!

Wow! These guys are so helpful:)! Joe is the best employee because he always does exactly what I ask and always has a smile. I come here all the time and he never gives attitude like some others. The pizza is awesome and I love all the amazing service.

Wow so rude! Nothing wrong with the food, but Joe sure seemed annoyed with me asking if he had any specials. After he told me about the one special I asked if there was anything else. In his best annoyed voice reminded me he already said the special. Oh well sandwiches it is today.

My husband and I love Papa Murphy’s…not only is the pizza good, but it’s super cheap and CAN be relatively healthy if you order the right type of pizza. We typically go with the herb mediterannean chicken delite, or the spinach artichoke garlic delite with the garlic sauce instead of the cream sauce (always the delite though).
The only ding away from 5 stars I gave this place was because we’ve called up there before and after a long wait on the phone were told it would be over a half hour to get our pizza. At most pizza joints this would be fine, but Papa Murphy’s elsewhere is always ready within 5 – 10 minutes, and it seemed a little absurd that it would take over a half hour to assemble a raw pizza.
That’s my little beef, nothing huge, still 4 stars!

I really love this pizza place! They are always very friendly and try to make your pizza as quickly as they possibly can. Plus, I love that they show support by giving a military discount!

Yes! These guys will always say «Yes, we can do that».
I will drive far out of my way past other many other stores to go to this store.
Dallas toke my order today and Lexi made the pizza, excellent communication, just the way I like it. They asked me if it was correct before ringing me up, very professional.
IN ADDITION… Eric, Dylan, Brandon & Sam have been making my pizza for years and they are ALL fantastic. Most of all, no matter how complicated my order, they are MORE than happy to get it perfect EVERY time.

GREAT Pizza! Super friendly service always make us feel welcomed and the prices are Cheapin Price but excellent in quality, instead of spending alot of money at round table and other pizza places, we come here and the pizza is always GOOD! they make it fresh in front of you, the Lasagna is awesome as well! I love having these guys make dinner for my family!

Can’t beat it… They make it, you take and bake it at home when ready. Great for date nite when the kids are staying home.

Love, love, love Papa Murphy’s. A great value, fresh ingredients and pleasant employees. We go there a few times per month.

Pizza quality isn’t the problem here. These guys are so rigid on coupons, they made me drive home to get it, even though the owners know me by name. Lame. They will soon forget my name as I won’t be going there anymore. Another thing, why is the stuff so expensive? You don’t even cook it or have the overhead they normal pizza place has. Besides the owners, the staff there were very nice.
