Pinnacle was unable to schedule my appointment for 2 weeks. They don’t accept any appointments on weekends at all and not on weekdays before 8:30 or after 3:30. I scheduled a 3:30 appointment to avoid taking off too much time from work. At 11:00 on the day of my appointment, I called to confirm. At that time, Doug asked if he could come at 2:00 instead. I got off work earlier to accommodate him. He showed up even earlier at 1:45. He was here less than 45 minutes and didn’t move furniture. There are also stains he said he could not get out. I hired a «professional» so I would have better results than I would if I rented a carpet cleaning machine and did it myself. I did not get what I paid for even at the discounted Groupon price.
