As I finally bought my first home, I had to say goodbye to a Pizza Hut that never messed up when I moved. My old pizza delivery guy asked where I was moving. I told him, and he was like, that location Pizza Hut is terrible. I am sorry. My first thought was all Pizza Huts are the same. But boy was I wrong. If you order over two items this location will always forget something. I gave them another shot today as Pizza Hut gave me a gift card for the bad service in the past, and they got it right! Key is order only 2 items or less. It still tastes like it was sitting out for an hour though. So alas, if I want Pizza delivered, will prob settle elsewhere. For Pizza Hut, it’s pickup only at another location.

This was without a doubt one of the worst pizzas I have ever had in my entire life. I asked for extra sauce and the pizza came overdone and nearly sauceless. Zero flavor. Greasy. It was the most unenjoyable eating experience I’ve had in Lincoln.

Worst pizza place in all of Lincoln. They are rude over the phone when questioned about products they advertise about. Was told my order doesn’t exist and Pizza Hut doesn’t and never has carried triple tease cheese pizza. After having to show it to him a picture on net he got pissed off because the pizza he was making was the wrong one. You would think that a manager would have an idea about the products his company promotes. I will never order another pizza from this place. Let alone set foot in this place again. Seriously disappointed. They don’t even deserve the one star and wouldn’t have it if they didn’t force you to put it on here.

I’m giving this place 1 star only because I’m unsure if it will post if I give it NO stars… I think this pizza sucks! Its greasy, the meat on the pizza is always pre-​frozen, MSG filled crap, and the crust is so oily you need paper towels handy to un-​grease your fingers after eating it. I give this sub-​standard dump two thumbs down. Even their wings, which used to be good suck! I could go on… but you get the picture. Make the pizza yourself at home & save yourself from this artery-​clogging, garbage!

This is hands down the worst pizza hut I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve ordered online they’ve gotten my order wrong, they’re usually 20 – 30 minutes later than estimated, and they’ve forgotten several sides, etc in the past. Godfathers used to be at this location, and I miss that! If you want pizza hut, order from another one – avoid this one like the plague.
