I called and spoke with John saying how my a/​c was not cold enough. Even though it was after 5 p.m., he offered to come right out with no extra charge! He inspected all aspects of the a/​c system. He showed me how the a/​c unit looked to be in good running condition, so he moved onto the unit in the attic. He found that the condenser had never been serviced (factory seal was still intact). He took a picture of the condenser so I could see what the problem was. It was packed with dust, dirt and cat hair. So, he cleaned it with a «Green» product and said it would be blowing cooler in an hour or so. He also offered to get me a case of the proper size of air filters (I could never find them so I didn’t have them in). I was very impressed at how he explained every part of the inspection and worked in 110 degree attic to correct the problem. He was honest and fair. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in immediate need or any other time.

Called him Sunday morning with my ac unit going down came out same day to see what the issue was, once he identified that it had blown a capacitor by showing what a normal one should look like and what ours currently looked like he asked if we wanted him to replace it. Part was on he truck and in no time had the ac unit back up and running at an awesome price. Will use in future if any services are needed and highly recommend.
