I walked in and was greeted within less than a second by an employee who was in the middle of taking care of some products on display. He stopped what he was doing and asked me if he could help me. I let him know I needed an HDMI cable. Instead of pointing to an area he walked me to it. I said I had a question and he replied he loved to answer questions. I felt immediately glad I choose radio shack instead of a general product store. I learned his name was Ryan. I needed reassurance that what I was wanting to accomplish was going to be done with this product. He had a great sense of humor and a fantastic demeanor. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was and how pleasant the entire exchange was. All on Christmas Eve day when I’m sure he would have rather been elsewhere. I felt important as a customer instead of just another sale. Thanks Ryan and RadioShack. Merry Christmas!
