Moving cross-​country, bone-​weary, stop at a hotel for the night and lock the damn keys into the cab of the moving truck at 1:30 AM. Call multiple places and no one picks up. Finally Rahn’s picks up, is perfectly cordial despite my likely slightly deranged tone I likely had from the combination of stress, lack of sleep, and getting eaten alive by super mosquitoes fleeing the truck to the hotel. He lets me know what options we have, gets to us about a half hour after the call and gets the door open, saving the night (and the next morning obviously) as well as taking card for payment for one less thing to have to worry about.
You want the guy who’s willing to come when it’s clearly inconvenient for the other «24-​hour» locksmiths, why bother with the rest!
