I had some questions and wanted to inquire about, and get an estimate to have them do some repair work on a used bike I brought in. «Tyler» who I think is owner or the manager, was very grumpy guy when asked to clarify a aspect of my brief inquire about my bike. It is near the Xmas season, and maybe he is more interested in selling his new bicycles right now rather than helping me «recycle» my old bike(in spite of their name). There were no other customers there at the time, so I don’t know why he had to be so short. Tyler would be wise to acquire some basic«customer service» skills if he hopes to succeed in any public oriented line of business. There is another«used bicycle shop» in Lincoln that I did visit, they were much more interested in helping me there.
