Renaissance Nails

Not a satisfied customer. I have been there a few times and have received decent service, it’s close to my house so it’s convenient. Today I went in at my appt time and unfortunately had one of the worst and quickest pedicures I have ever had. It started when I was put in a broken chair with cold water even though the rest of them were empty, when asked if I could get another chair I the reaction was like I was being difficult. Then ½ way through, the guy killed a fly that was buzzing around us with a towel and proceeded to use the same towel to dry my feet. I was on the phone with my husband and didn’t have a chance to stop him, I assumed he left try towel near us to toss in the dirty waste, NOT USE ON ME! The massage I got today was a joke, he put about 30 seconds into each foot and just rubbed lotion over my shin bone, which was not was I was hoping for. Im pregnant, so any foot massage is a blessing. My feet that he scrubbed for about 10 seconds each did not even appear to be clean after (I wore flip flops all day) the good part was that he did do a good job on painting my nails, but that’s it, and definitely was not worth the $ 25 I paid. I know there are technicians there that do a better job because I have had them before, but the last 2x I have had this guy and I will drive the few minutes to another salon.

I live in Twelve Bridges so was excited to get my nails done a mile or two from my home. 10:45 on Saturday I pull up and there is a sign that says walk in welcome. I walk in, see four technicians working, one not and I request a gel toenail color change. The young lady says if I can wait an hour and a half I could get a fifteen minute service done. Oh heck no! Rude comment and obviously my service wasn’t very important to the technician not working. Needless to say I went three miles away to Quality Nas and they got me right in and gave me excellent service.

Save your money and nerves by avoiding this salon. The first time I went there, I was left with painful, bleeding toenails and fingernails. I gave them another chance since the manager said she would correct the issue. Things went OK with the next few visits however, I noticed that the price varied up to twenty dollars over posted prices. If someone other than the manager did the services, I was charged the posted price. The manager would tack on additional fees without consult first, anywhere between 10 to 20 dollars for a basic pedi and gel fill. My last visit was the final straw. The manager has a horrible customer service attitude and gives you the impression that she’s doing you a favor. Plus I was overcharged again by over $ 20. Anyone who gives this place 5 stars has very low expectations. P. S. Beware of Athlete’s Foot. I contracted it there.

Lovely eating outside at a restaurant right next door and watching an employee come out and then watching and hearing him repeatedly blow his snot rockets all over the parking lot and very close, if not on, our car. Quite charming. Definitely dont want him touching you afterwards.

Went there today to go get acrylic, was very happy with the final result, but when they told me the final price was $ 45 I was absolutely dumbstruck. The guy who did my nails said he put gel on there because he didn’t like the way they looked without it so he charged me $ 20 more. I am so incredibly pissed. Will never go back there!

Beautiful and relaxing nail salon; reminded me of a day spa. Great manicurists who engage customers in conversation. Salon was very clean & exceeded CA state board standards.

This place is fabulous. The ladies are all wonderful here and do such a beautiful job! I used to have a problem with my acrylic nails falling off when I would get them done, but not here. I didn’t have a problem at all and the girls here are all very professional and friendly. I would love to continue going back here on a regular basis, but it is located in Lincoln, CA and I live in Woodland, CA making it very difficult to find time in my schedule to drive there to get my nails and toes done on a regular basis as I have a family. I definitely will always choose this place to get my pedicures done with my sisters though! Its just too hard to go there and get my nails done on a regular basis.

My girlfriend went here twice. She asked for Shellac. They insisted they were putting Shellac on her, not! She asked them not to use drills and they insisted that they had too. She now has fungus on two of her nails. Beware!
