Sprint Store

Wow, what an experience. The only reason this Sprint store gets 1 star is because I didn’t have to wait in line for service. No one was there. Basically, every call I placed has been dropped this morning and it’s a deadline day for sales orders at my business. At one point, I was suddenly talking to a stranger on the phone… disturbing if this had only happened once, but this happened multiple times! Needless to say, I was having serious and ongoing problems with Sprint’s service. According to the Sprint employee, this is «normal» and they have known there is trouble with the towers… she said they had know about it since Mon. so I kindly pointed out the fact that was indeed already Thurs. and I was surprised if this was such a common problem, why isn’t anyone else in the store? Long story short, I just wanted them to check out my phone, that’s all… I’ve had my fair share of issues with Sprint, but the rude service I received today was the last straw.
If you’re reading this and you own a cell phone store, here’s a tip:
Never refuse service to a customer and don’t tell them you know what the problem is without investigating the situation. At least allow the customer to explain what they’re experiencing, and at least apologize if you can’t help… I mean how can you say there’s nothing wrong with my phone when you won’t even look at my phone?!
