Stunning Skin by Kim

I am so thrilled to have discovered Kim Evans — I wanted to enhance my disappearing, aging eyebrows via permanent makeup but… because it’s permanent, was very apprehensive and concerned about finding the right person to do this. I’m so glad I did my research (and checked lots of reviews!). Kim has been doing permanent cosmetics and skin care for around 30 years, has worked with several plastic surgeons throughout Northern California. She is a wealth of information and a most talented artist when it comes to using permanent makeup to enhance one’s appearance. Her prices are definitely not the lowest, they were actually higher than everyone else, but definitely worth it! I absolutely love my new brows and so do all my friends and family — I no longer waste five minutes every morning with powders or pencils, only to have them come out crooked or too harsh. I wish I’d done this years ago, Kim is an absolute gem — she’s also a super nice gal who’s very creative and personable. Total class act! I could not recommend her any higher — she is truly the best!!!
