I bought a Sunless tanning package prior to scheduling. I called 3 weeks ahead & left a message regarding the day and time that I wanted an appointment. I never got a call back. I called an additional 2 more times. … no response. I went to the FB page to share my disappointment with her but she never responded. … only blocked me. I was very to the point and polite. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge and get a full refund… no thanks to her though. Why be in business if you don’t want customers? I needed a spray tan for my BFF’S wedding.
