Omgosh, I didn’t think I could have such a horrible experience at a taco bell! Where I live they are all over, and I have eaten at a Taco Bell a million times. We stayed at the Rodeway Inn down the street. It was late, we were tired from our road trip and just wanted to grab something to bring back to the room. We used the drive-thru. They seemed to understand our order. Only had one request and that was to leave the sauce off an item. We pull up to the window and we’re told we’re lucky because they just ran out of beef and we’re the last people to get any. Okay… So, they took forever. We get our bag, and pull away with cars behind us. We also check our bag from any fast food restaurant because there is usually something wrong, or missing these days. They left out the one item we ordered without sauce. Get back in line and have to wait while everything else is getting cold, and the crunchy tacos start to get soggy from the ground beef, so I grab one out of the bag and begin to eat it while we wait. The shell is stale. We get to the window and he tells us they noticed they forget to make us another one. They made us one, but put the sauce on by mistake so he ate it and forget to make another. Wow… okay. We finally have our items and leave. Get back to the room. No utensil to eat mine with. Can’t pick it up, so I had to go to the hotel lobby and ask for a fork. No sauce, no napkins and stale tacos… oh, and that item we wanted without sauce… had sauce. My son ordered a Mountain Dew, he got Coke. Really people, this isn’t that difficult. Avoid this place like the plague. It was our first day driving to Colorado for our vacation and we were actually nervous to visit another Taco Bell later! lol

The guy with the braids that always work the drive-thru is super chill!

They are nice enough, fairly fast, and generally give me what I asked for.
