The owner is incredibly unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon for 3 rides for my daughter and refused to take her back after the first one. There was a group of people, including myself that were waiting patiently for our 3:00 ride right outside the office, in plain sight. The owner walked around us multiple times without even acknowledging our existance. Then at 3:20, she finally makes eye contact with us and proceeds to set each kid up with a horse while she is gossiping about someone on a clearly personal phone call. Just completely rude! Of course she did not hesitate to kick the group my daughter was in out at 4:00 to get the next group in, so my daughter maybe rode 30 minutes of her 1 hour session. I will never give her my business again.
