Zale

My husband and I started shopping here when we were first looking for our wedding bands. I finally found the perfect band here and was fully prepared to buy it until our horrible experience!
During our buying trip, the sales lady attempted to shove a size 7 ring onto my size 9 finger, insisting that it would fit. I finally had to yank my hand away from her so I could just see the ring without her trying to shove it on. Then, my hubby and I wanted a little space to discuss whether or not this was the ring for me, and the sales person would not leave us alone.
When we complained later to the manager about our poor experience here, we were told this lady is their best seller and he basically called us liars. This was the final straw, and we walked across the mall and purchased an almost-​identical ring from Kay’s instead, where we received excellent service.
I would NEVER recommend this Zales to anyone… EVER! Run as fast as you can to either Kays or Helzberg… they’re in the same mall and will actually treat you right!
