New layout and furnishings, and the staff is much quicker and more efficient. It would be nice to get a smile once in a while but overall it’s a big improvement.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s many times over the years. On my way to work last year, I went to get some coffee and breakfast before a long day. I allowed extra time to go through the drive thru and get something. Unfortunately, they were so busy that I had to wait for them to cook my food. I then proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes in a parking spot. They never came out with my food. I had to leave to be at work. I went back to receive a refund, for which I didn’t have a receipt and they didn’t do anything to accommodate me.

Standard McDonald’s. My only warning is never get lunch food at 11 AM. I have gone there twice for lunch at around 11 AM. My Big Mac (first time) and Quarter Pounder (second time) were old and nasty. Those things must have been sitting there for hours (or from the night). They didn’t even have the decency to cook up a new burger when the old ones got stale. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Now I know they must be doing it routinely. If going here for lunch, wait a few hours for the old stuff to get sold off.

This McDonalds is HORRIBLE. I’ve been here twice, and will never go again.
Our most recent experience just pushed me over the edge. My poor son go the brunt of BOTH nasty issues we had:
1) He ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, and he took a bite and looked into the sandwich and the egg was GREEN. Yes, green. One of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen. So we took it up to the counter and they switched it out for a different type of breakfast and…
2) He took a bite of the second sandwich which had sausage, and he got a mouthful of gristle. Hard, boney, nasty gristle (grissle?). That was it. Nobody wanted to eat anymore. And I will never eat there again.
And of course, the employees there barely speak a lick of English, so they sure as shit didn’t care or show any sympathy for the misgivings.
NEVER AGAIN.
