We were looking for a hotel that we’d be allowed to smoke in, and we finally found one here. So smoking room but no ashtray in the room, does that make sense? Was very cheap, $ 40 less than the Hampton. But it’s very run down. Looks like Lincolnton in general, used to be something but isn’t any longer. The do have a nice pool, but apparently the hotel is hurting for $$ and allows locals to pay daily to use it. The room was decently clean and the staff were very friendly. Comes down to you get what you pay for. Now if the big name hotels would give smokers a place to stay!!!
