Funderburk Batteries

I must be getting old! It wasn’t that long a go a decent battery was $ 50. Now a decent battery is $ 100 and higher grade batteries are $ 150-​$ 200
When the battery in my 1984 K5 Blazer died and I didn’t want to spend a $ 100 on a new one a kind stranger directed me to Funderburks.
I don’t know if the batteries are used or reconditioned but for $ 25 (Cash Only) with exchange how can you go wrong.
I was greeted with «May I help you, sir?» and when I paid «Thank-​you sir I appreciate it»
Took the battery home and installed it into my K5 Blazer and with a few pumps of the gas pedal, the beast roared to life.
With the cost of a new battery, if I get a year or more out of this one, I have more than got my monies worth.
