Evidently, there are some valid complaints to this company. However, I had a great experience with top grille furniture. in 2011 I ordered a welded cast aluminum dining table as well as two chairs and a love seat. The set has been outside since then … in Boston i may add. and still looks good. on the web site I saw a set called Pacifico but decided it was too much money… so I ordered a less expensive set. 5 weeks later I got a call from the owner who apologized and said my set was no longer available. He gave me the pacifico for the same price. as a matter of fact i had several conversations with the owner, who even gave me his call number. 3 weeks later i had my beautiful patio furniture and 3 years later it still looks great. My friend also ordered from the company 4 welded cast aluminum deep seating chairs and could’t of been happier with the service and product. I am sorry that other people had bad experiences but mine was 5 star!

Erin Faaborg is the owner«operator». No GABBB complaints? BEWARE, FRAUD, RIPOFFCONARTIST. State lacks resources. We charged a $ 2100 patio set in spring on Mastercard. 2 months goes by with no communication. Here are some of the excuses to expect. 1. Oh we should have your order any day, Sir. 2. Sorry but the owner is not here at this time, may we take a message, Sir. Sorry for not returning your call, Sir. 3. The girl that handles that task is off sick, Sir. 4. We will be glad to rebate your purchase price, Sir. 5. Sorry, the paperwork is lost, Sir. 6. We apologize but we had a unforeseen episode that delayed your refund, Sir. We will get right on it, Sir. 7. You should receive your refund in 2 days, Sir. If it is not processed let us know, Sir. 8 We processed your refund, but it must not have gone through. Let me look into it, Sir. please be patient, Sir. we apologize for your inconvenience, Sir. This never happens, Sir. Still waiting for our refund 3 months later. We will get it, but our advice is shop elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable vendors on the internet. Stay out of GA. Check Unilocal before, before you buy.

I haven’t even received my patio table and I’m already giving this company 1 star. I do not usually write reveiws but I felt like people need to know what their getting themselves into when they order from this place. We ordered a patio table on 12/15, it was quoted a ship date(already back ordered, but it was the holidays so understandable) of 1⁄7. 1⁄9 rolls around and I had not heard from the company about the table so I emailed them. They forgot to tell me(or maybe never were going to tell me) that the new expected ship date was 1⁄31! Ok, luckily I’m fairly understanding. 2⁄2 rolls around and still no word. So I follow up again and they said«it’s shipping tomorrow.» FINALLY we receive a shipping number and it was shipped on 2⁄8. We track the shipment, find out it is in our area and call them to see what the deal is. They inform us that we need to have someone home to accept the shipment this Friday between the hours of 1 – 5 and if no one is home they will charge us a storage fee. WHAAAT! Mind you, WE followed up with them, this was not something they told us ahead of time. OKFINE! Oh, and also, whoever is home will need to help the delivery man unload the table. Hahaha. Did I not pay $ 100 for delivery? Oh wait, I did. This company is TERRIBLE. DONOTORDERFROMTHEM!

Ripoff alert! We spent nearly $ 800 on two Wrought Iron Arbors listed on their website as «finished in a commercial powder coating that will be maintenance free for many years.» Needless to say, we were a bit surprised when these arbors were already rusting and falling apart in less than a year. Company ignored e-mails, and dismissed our complaints by phone explaining that«metal rusts». If you Google for«Topgrill», you’ll find other warnings posted on websites like«ripoffreport.com». Buyer beware.
