STAY AWAY!
This company, AKA 1st Quality Floor, is the worst I have seen in terms of workmanship and «quality».
Properly refinished floors will look flat. You shouldn’t see waves and humps in the flooring. Waves and humps are caused by using poor machinery with flat spots on the sanding drums.
My Living Room and Dining Room that was refinished by this company looks like Lake Michigan on a rough day as you fly in to O’Hare. It’s awful.
Dust collection? Hah! They don’t use it. Our house was covered in dust from top to bottom.
