Worst. Jewellers. Ever. I came in looking for a bracelet for a friend. When I started to ask questions about the jewellery one of the sales associates snapped at me. The jewellery wasn’t even very nice. I was disappointed.

Overpriced. 10k gold NON-​ITALIAN necklace for $ 500??? It weights less than 2 grams. You do the math and tell me if it’s worth it. Gold per OUNCE (32 grams) at 24k is about $ 1700. So, NO.

I don’t understand the ratings for this place. I came in to look at some engagement rings.
And I have no clue where his price points are considering he goes from $ 19,000 to $ 4,000 in a matter of moments with his «discounts» then a moment later, the price changes slightly again. And cannot give me any actual diamond info. Carat, color, clarity.
None I saw were solid stones either, it just looked like a bunch of mashed up stones glued onto a surface. I just felt like this wasn’t a legit place to buy any real rings/​stones. Very pretty jewelry otherwise though.

I brought a brand new diamond and sapphire ring there to be re-​sized. It was in perfect condition when I bought it. When I went to pick it up, the sapphire had a small chip in it. I told them immediately that their jeweler had damaged the stone and that they need to make it right. They are giving me a big hassle over something that they need to take responsibility for. I would NEVER do business again with this store!

Oxford Jewelers is simply stunning. There collections of diamond rings, earrings, gold chains, lockets, and world class watches are endless. Oxford is the best jewelry store in the Chicago land area.
