We stayed here for the year-end show at Texas Rose Horse Park. It was a short drive from the barn, and there were many restaurants near the hotel. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Lindale or stopping through on a long trip. The pool and spa looked nice, but we could not go in because it’s winter. We sure would of it was summertime! One of the favorite parts of staying at Hampton is the free hot breakfast. It does not open until 6:00, but if you want breakfast earlier they have the breakfast bags or there is a McDonald’s close by. The location of the hotel is convenient, but the bathrooms of the rooms are dated. They are nice, but it has the old light switches, and the soap dishes had black stuff on them. The elevator was also small. Although it was older, it is still the best place to stay in Lindale.

For the price, VERY much satisfied with the room. It’s not the Ritz, people; it’s a Hampton Inn. Which, by the way, compared to the nearby options, might as well be a Ritz. The room itself was spacious enough, definitely did not feel cramped. High ceilings, room to breath for sure. Bathroom wasn’t too cramped either like some I’ve stayed in. Room had a sizable mini-fridge, microwave, large LCDTV, and very robust air conditioning(which was quite needed in June/July here). The bed was comfortable, though I would have preferred a variety of pillows. The fluffy floppy ones were initially hard to get comfortable on. Only other downside, the elevator is surprisingly very slow. Like… very… verrrrrry… sloooooooooooooowwww. But, this accounted for less than 1% of my time here, so no need to dwell on it that much. Overall, very much worth the price, and I would absolutely stay here again if I found myself in this neck of the woods in the future.

I was on a road trip, from Texas to New England. My utterly terrible movers didn’t finish the job of packing me up until midnight on a Tuesday. My buddy and I took off soon as they left, fueled by frustration and anger. We managed to make it about 2 hours East before becoming more tired than enraged. And so it is we came upon this Hampton Inn in Lindale, TX. - I personally don’t care where I stay when I’m at a hotel. To me, they are all the same. This one was pretty nice. It was 2AM when we arrived, and when I asked the girl behind the counter what the rate was, she responded with a questioning tone. I took this to mean it was negotiable, which it was. I saved $ 20 on the room, just by asking. - The room was big and spacious — the bathroom was impeccably clean — no mold or cracks to be found. The beds were comfortable. - One big flaw was the A/C unit. It made a horrendous sound like a plane engine dying every time it cycled off. But, we were so tired we didn’t care, so we stayed where we were. Despite this, we slept fine. - While the hotel is nice enough, be sure to check that your air conditioning unit doesn’t make any weird noises before you get settled in. Had we not already gotten comfortable, I’m sure we would have switched rooms.

Recently had to do an unexpected second night in the Tyler area and the Hilton Garden in Tyler I was staying at was booked the second night. I ended up staying in Lindale and was very pleased by the Hampton Inn there. The young lady at the front desk was very professional, had my room cards already to go and got me right upstairs. Room was clean and comfortable, standard coffee maker, microwave, great bed and nice sized bathroom. Only negative was the fridge, needed to be replaced and very little coolness. After I was in room, about 15 minutes, girl from the front desk just called up and asked if I needed anything, happy with room and could she make my stay any more comfortable. Bkfst next morning typical fare at Hampton/Hiltons, eggs, waffle station, juice etc. They did have sweet, maple sausage which was pretty tasty. Only negative is Lindale, nice enough little town, passed thru it a ton from Dallas to Shrevport when I lived in DFW, just not alot there food wise. Good hotel, staff and very few complaints.

I needed to get off the interstate during a recent snow and ice event– this was the closest hotel. The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful upon check-in and after just a few minutes I was in my room. The room was very clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. I was able to get a quiet and restful night of sleep. In the morning they didn’t appear to be serving their usual breakfast, I couldn’t really find anything to eat. The coffee pots were even empty. That was my only small issue but the roads were icy, it was the day after Christmas, and there didn’t appear to be but a few people staying there so I just went to the McDonald’s next door. Not a huge issue at all. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good night of sleep near Lindale, TX.

It is a motel, along I-20. It is very convenient and Lindale actually has quite a bit of establishments that are VERY close to this place. Not a bad place at all. Outdoor pool and hot tub — although the hot tub did not work during my visit. We did talk to the day manager and she was on it! Very responsive and accommodating. I was very pleased with service. The rooms were very clean and nice. The AC thermostat was not accurate but it did work great and I was there during 90+ degree days. I would stay here again.

Brief overnight stay but restful night. The hotel was recently remodeled. This was my first time staying there so I have no idea what it looked like before but the remodel was good. The rooms were clean, plenty of parking, friendly staff. Overall, solid place to stay, no complaints. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Good clean hotel, decent pricing. I typically arrive late 11:30 pm or so. The guy manning the desk was awful. Was not pleased to see me. Did not do all of the standard crap — tell you about the free breakfast, checkout time, etc. Perhaps because I am a member of the rewards program he felt there was not a need. It is always good for the staff to tell you the specifics of their hotel. Had a small issue with the a/c — talked to the desk staff the following afternoon — he handled the matter to my complete satisfaction and was treating arriving guests with the high quality that I have come to expect from the great folks at Hampton.
