Giovanni and his crew did a wonderful job on the stamped concrete surrounding our pool. The color, texture, and shape give it a more refined, elegant look than so many I’ve seen. There was a miscommunication on one item during the process, but Giovanni stepped up and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company.
On the technical side, the concrete they poured was almost 6″ thick with plenty of expansion joints. They left the surrounding areas in as good a shape as can be expected for this sort of work. They added supports and wire mesh to ensure the patio won’t crack. The crew was professional and courteous.

Update.
ESPJ’s Operation manager, Mr. Ferrin contacted me shortly after my initial review and expressed his apologies about the situation. He assured me that all would be followed up on (necessary repairs) in 2 or 3 weeks. That was mid June. A follow up email suggested that I should be more patient. To this day, August 31, 2014, no communication nor follow up has taken place (ip address was confirmed as ESPJ)
You would think that after 3 years, some courtesies would be extended.
