The customer service is here is lacking. I’ve always ordered my color here and it’s usually a hassle being that the salesperson is unattentive but this time took the cake. I ordered product early in the week and called last Friday to see what happened to the delivery since it usually arrives promptly. The salesperson answered the phone and advised me it should be there by Monday. I asked them to track it. It was tracked to a wrong address (before placing order, I advised that I moved to a new location and we went over the address) which the salesperson told me it went to 34^th st instead 35^th St. I even went looking for the package because I needed it for my clients. She advised me someone signed for it but the products never got to me and I’m at a loss although the money has been taken out of my account. She told me someone would call me in 15 min. she had to speak to the manager. No one called. I called after an hour, she said the manager left to call tomorrow. I called on Saturday, she told me there is no manager on Saturday after she told me to call. She can’t do anything for me until Monday. I called today. and the same old story! The manager left for the day. how convenient. At this point, I want my money back and they keep telling me that it has been signed for at a wrong address. Ok… so I’m without product, my account has been debited and I’m suppose to just wait. After back and forth with a supervisor, she advised my account will be refunded. Great because I will never support this business again. Totally disgusted by lacks of customer service.

Today was my first time in this store and WOW! I recently moved to the area so I’m not familiar with too much around here but I looked up beauty supply stores and this one was the second to pop up to I clicked and the other reviewers pretty much tell all! They have everything you could ever need, hair, nail, and makeup wise. I had a lovely guy named Austin help me find some great products and he was so sweet and helpful! Really knew his stuff! They also have a computer system that logs everything you buy so if you forget what the product is called they can look it up! Definitely will be a returning customer!

Great beauty supply store! Good selection of makeup brands for every budget. Great for professionals and laymen alike. Went in for a clip in ponytail extension, but ended up with some great human hair wefts, pomade that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else and my original query. The shop girls were very helpful and knowledgeable. There were a ton of people in the store so there was a bit of a wait to get specialty items, but totally worth it. They also have a full service salon (haircuts to waxing to extension applications). I will be back!

Great professional staff with excellent knowledge of the products they carry! The selections and prices are great!!! They have great color products and always have what I need in stock! This is my go to beauty supply!!! The hours are great too! They stay open till 9pm!!! Very happy with this store!!!

Dingy looking and out of date with the products they have. The girls who worked there were nice however after I spoke to a girl about a product and changed my mind at the register she rang it up anyway to tell me the price and ask why I don’t want it. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Very reasonable prices for extensions, and the girls definitely know what they’re doing!

Hair, makeup & nail supplies GALORE!
I went to this store in search of hair extensions and was very pleased with my purchase. The longest length for clip-​in hair extensions they sell are 20 inch. They have TONS of fake eyelashes, makeup, and hair products.
Ask for Angela! She’s super nice and very helpful.

The salon is connected to the beauty supply store, which carriesthe product I was looking for, which was the reason I mainly made the trip down there.
Salon décor is 1980’s, and the wig heads stare at you from the shelves while you get your hair done. Yes, its a beauty supply, hair salon, and wig store.
I decided to get a wash and blowdry. The place was empty ofcourse, probably because it was raining, and it was a weekday.
My stylist, a portuguese woman, was very friendly and humorous. She did a good job with my blowout, being that I have naturally curly hair. I gave her a workout for sure lol. The price was a very reasonable $ 30.
The beauty supply store carried a wide selection of unheard of brands such as Kett foundation and Sorme liquid mineral foundation, which are both hard to come by anywhere else in NJ.
