Jenni’s Nails

I love this place! I recently just moved here and looked up Unilocal reviews for a new salon! I am so glad I gave this place a try ! Peter is awesome and super quick and there is always convenient parking which i love! I would recommend this place for sure

This was my first time to Jenni nails and I will not be going back. I don’t know the name of the woman who gave me a mani & pedi, however she did say that she was Jenni’s sister. From the start she seemed annoyed that she was summoned from the back room to come up front to service a customer. When she approached me to start my manicure she didn’t even greet me and her hand massage technique was not enjoyable or relaxing. She would squeeze each finger nail between her two fingers, then quickly slide off creating a popping sound which was slightly a painful experience.
After the speedy manicure, she motioned for me to go over to the pedicure chair. She did not ask if I wanted the chair massager turned on (other customers were enjoying their chair massage) and then half way through my pedicure, she left me sitting there for 10 minutes while she went to the other side of the room to wax a woman’s eyebrows. Right before she walked away, she took my feet out of the water and left me sitting there feeling very uncomfortable with my feet hanging out and no chair massage. When she returned, she still never said a word to me, it would have been nice if she apologized, but nothing was said. The only words she spoke to me during my treatment was when she inquired if I wanted the same color polish for both mani & pedi and when she informed me that she was Jenni’s sister.
What really surprised me was how fast the treatment was. It took her no more than 45 minutes to complete the two services. I did not enjoy this visit at all and truly feel ripped off.

I love Jenni nails ! Been coming here since they have opened ! Peter does my nails and he is the best ! They have a huge selection of gel color and regular polish ! They are always getting new things which I like ! My daughter also enjoys coming into the salon and getting her Mani and pedi ! The staff always treat her so well which I truly appreciate !

I had a very good experience Jenni. From the service to the products and application I have zero complaints! Parking was even pretty easy for the busy location. Good find…

I’ve been going here for about three years now, it’s the best! Great attention to detail and great prices. If you want gel or a fill in go to Peter. They even go around every once in awhile and give free water bottles to their customers! Will never go anywhere else!

Very accommodating and fast with great attention to detail. Pedicures are wonderful as well. Love how perfect the Polish comes out. Very pleasant to deal with.

This review is based on my girls experience here and I had the pleasure of watching it all go down. Once we arrived in here she was promptly asked about what services does she want to get performed. After settling that she was escorted to the nail station where her manicure took place. There was no wait which was good because I did not want to be in there for anymore time than I had to be.
I’m a stickler for detail and from my seat I was able to see what was going on and the nail technician seemed to be attentive.
At the end if the manicure in good old woman fashion the girl decided that she wanted to get her eyebrows done. It was no big deal and that service was added.
I know nothing about pricing but I was told that the price is typical for the manicure but the price for the eyebrows was lower than most places. I suspect that this is due to a deal for bundling services.
All in all she was happy and expects to be back. If she’s happy I’m happy. Everyone wins.
