My husband and I came here for drinks during the summer — while the bar downstairs did not know how to make a Long Island — the bar upstairs in the Crows Nest definitely made up for it! A great local place to hang out and enjoy small town fun. Came on another occasion and ate at the restaurant– my 3 yr old called the spaghetti the best he’s had — burgers were great too!

I have to say it’s nothing spectacular, your average lounge food. Now if you are big into the fish and chips, this is the place to go.

Usually a good bet for Fish & Chips. Not sure what happened this time around. Fish was mealy and mushy. Will give them another chance on another day. But in my book two times bad and your out.

Horrible. I took a chance on this place, I don’t choose to take another. as a tourist I wouldn’t give it a shot stick to your comfort zone cause this place made me never wanna go outside of mine again.

Nice staff, excellent Fish & Chips! Very reasonable prices. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. It’s nice to have a place close to home that doesn’t suck like a shop-vac. We will definitely be back!

What’s there to do in Linden? Hang out on the water and choose between a few local restaurants. This place has classic American food that’s done as well as you can expect for a restaurant in a hotel in one of the quaintest small towns in America. They have a decent selection of drinks at the bar and the staff are courteous and nice. The vibe of the place kindof reminded me of my grandparent’s basement, but again, I went in with no expectations and came out happy… I had a salad and my gf had a burger and we both agreed that they were both on point and great. If you ever… eeeeevvvvveeeeerrrrr find yourself in Linden, Michigan, I would recommend going here to eat.

The historic Linden Hotel is well known for the all you can eat fish and chips. There food is good and hearty! They have surcharges for extra sauce with your meal which is a bit of an irritating thing. Otherwise I highly recommend the food, the ambience is rustic Catch sports on the tvs.

This is the coolest place — They even have their own ghost. The food is good, fast and there is lots of it!

The peppercini-cheddar burger was great. My only complaint is the bar is very uncomfortable. I think they forgot that people have legs when they built it. Oh well. Unfortunately, it seems that they allow children inside which is always a negative.

This reviews is restricted to the upstairs bar, «The Crow’s Nest». Nice little bar. You can tell the owner/management is a Red Wings fan which is a plus. It has standard bar fare, a little pricey but it’s portions are adequate. I recommend the corn beef sandwich.
