This is the closest Marshalls to us. They somewhat keep it clean being in Linden. And all the hoopla about disorganization, I don’t see it. I mean, there really isn’t a ideal layout for a Marshalls. Shoes with shoes, mens with mens, womens with womens, and so forth. Not that bad if you ask me. The lines at the weekend can get long though. And it is what it is,

Although I did find what I was looking for in a heap of confusion, this Marshalls is very very messy and limited quantity of goods and also very limited in staffing. I waited 15 minutes in line while the other cashiers/customer service people were talking about whatever in the shoe section(I believe one was a manager) while we all waited on the 2 cashiers — there were about 15 people in line!!! Clean up the store and schedule more people on a Sunday afternoon.

Yeah, like the first reviewer said… This Marshall’s is really disorganized and reminds me of a Ross store in East Los Angeles. Although I do have to admit, sometimes it’s fun clawing my way through an agglomeration of retail items… it makes finding that elusive clearance deal feel that much better.

The most disorganized Marshalls I’ve ever been to. It’s up there with the Bergen Town Center and Riverside(Madison/Arlington), CA locations. The clothes that are on the actual racks aren’t organized well. On several visits, I was belabored by disorganization in my quest for Calvin Klein crew necks. During my last visit, I was on the hunt for a decent fleece. I wasn’t expecting to find North Face, but I was hoping for more than High Sierra. I left without a fleece but I did find a good deal on dress socks and I was finally able to locate a pack of Calvin Klein crew necks, size large. And don’t think the mess is due to it being close to Christmas. I’ve shopped here in the summer and came across the same amount of disorganization. The only difference between holiday and non-holiday season is the amount of associates at the cash wrap. And that’s this store’s saving grace; you won’t wait in line for long. But boy is it a mess…
