Superbowl Sunday ordered delivery from here. Waited almost 4 hours only for them to tell me they canceled my order when I called questioning what was going on. Never got a phone call or email even though they claim they called me. Could not give me a reason as to why they didn’t leave a voicemail.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! You will save yourself a big headache!

This place needs to hire an adult, bunch of kids having fun there instead of working. Witnessed them cooking without gloves which is totally gross. Orders are never ready on time to be picked up. They really don’t care about anyone customers that walk in. They need to hire an adult manager and run the place properly.

Ordered carry out from here. I was starving. Ordered $ 7.99 deal. Large any topping pizza then. Added extra cheese. I picked green pepper and tomatoes as my toppings.
It was ready when I arrived to pick up and the cashier seemed nice. I paid then looked at the pizza.
I ordered extra cheese but it barely looks like regular! I didn’t say anything but I am disappointed. Extra cheese isn’t cheap but they were.
As I am eating now there is a piece of chicken on it.
Toppings need to be kept separate. Especially meat from vegetables. I’m not vegetarian but I don’t want chicken on my pizza.
I also had to reheat my pizza because it was warm but not hot. I only live 6 min away.
I won’t be going to this location again.

Concerning this specific Pizza Hut: I’m really upset that I’m obligated to give this place any kind of stars. I have never been left so speechless on how HORRIBLE their service is. Only being 1 of 2 tables occupied throughout the whole restaurant, our orders were consistently wrong, and we waited FOREVER for our food. How does that even happen? This place needs a serious improvement. A VERY serious one. And that’s not a request.
