When I came in, I initially wanted to see if my Galaxy S5 was the real deal or not., as I bought it from Ebay a few days back. NO ONE seemed to know how to determine this. Fine, so we move on to the next ordeal. I needed to see if they could transfer my contacts to my Google Account. Again, NO ONE seemed to know how to do it. Then this girl named Shenai comes and starts trying to take over. It was like a high school reunion because while she was helping me, she was saying hello to every single coworker there. While she was bumping her gums, I had to stop her to tell her she was putting the wrong sim card in the wrong phone. I’d never come here again. People here don’t know shit and won’t go the extra mile to help. DO NOT go to Shenai. No professionalism here and no customer service. She’s the one with hairy arms.
